Strategy Club – Strategy Club will be today after school from 2:50-5:00pm in room L37.  Come join us!

Key Club – There is a Key Club meeting this Tuesday at lunch in K4.  Come to get more involved in your school and community, and to have tons of fun!

Art Club – Art Club now meets on Tuesdays at lunch in G2.  We are planning for the Open Studio Tour in October.  Look forward to seeing you there!

Night of a Thousand Stars – Burroughs students shine in this unpredictable and dazzling annual variety show.  Come hear new and familiar voices sing, play instruments, read poetry and fill the night with magic.  This is a show you don’t want to miss!  One night only, tonight (September 21) in the PPAC.  $5.00 at the door.  Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7:00pm.

Parking Permits – If you are parking your car on Burroughs campus, you need to purchase a parking permit for the year.  Permits are $4.00 and can be purchased before school, at lunch or after school in the Finance Office.  Parent’s signature, student ID and driver’s license are required to complete and purchase the permit.  If you don’t want an orange sticker on your window, get your permit by Friday, September 21.  We’ll be checking for permits starting Monday, September 24.

Homecoming Dance Guests – If you plan to bring a non-Burroughs student to the Homecoming Dance you need to complete a guest permission form.  Forms can be picked up in the front office or in the finance office.  Forms are due to the front office by the end of lunch today.

Hey Girls!  Listen up! – Do you know the difference between healthy and unhealthy dating relationships?  Mrs. Rosenberg is forming an exciting new group to explore safe dating issues.  The group will be small and confidential and will meet during regular school hours.  You do not have to be in a relationship to participate.  We will be discussing issues that apply to everyone on campus.  Space is limited.  The group will go on for approximately six weeks. If you are interested contact Mrs. Rosenberg in the Counseling Office or email her at, or leave a note on her office door clip.  Please respond quickly.
