SSUSD is committed to providing a safe school environment where all individuals in education are afforded equal access and opportunities. The District assures that lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission or participation in District programs. District programs and facilities, viewed in their entirety, must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and any implementing standards and/or regulations. Complaints of unlawful discrimination are investigated and resolved through the Uniform Complaint Procedures, as described in this section.
